How long does it take?

Depending on hair density, length, desired Loc size & desired loc length your number of sessions may vary between 1-3 sessions. Please plan accordingly. 

Do you offer memberships?

Yes, we do! our memberships vary & have perks that are designed to suit our audience. 

How long does a consultation take?

The time may vary usually 30 minutes to 1 hour sometimes more. This is your time to ask questions and try narrowing down which style of MicroLocs will best suit your lifestyle. ​

Will I be able to wash my hair?

Yes, certain styles will require specific maintenance steps before you wash your hair, but by all means, wash your hair if you need to. I will always encourage good hygiene practices.  

Will my locs be permanent? How long does it take for my hair to loc?

We offer permanent & non-permenant options. The non-permanent option is for those who truly desire to test drive the look without fully committing.  The locking stage is individualized & depends on the method used during installment.   

Do you accept transfer clientele?

At the present time no. However, at a later date yes. Transfers will strictly be interviewed.

What happens if I miss my retightening appointment?

Depending upon the severity of lateness, most clients will be able to book a regular appointment. If you are 3 weeks or more tardy there will be an increase in fee due to the requirement of detailed work.

Will I be able to color my hair?

Yes! There will be slight changes needed to the formulations, consistency’s & processing time of the product for you to achieve your desired look. But yes, coloring your hair is possible.

Will the coloring process ruin my extensions?

Because I only allow the use of human/ virgin unprocessed; no. The hair will be fully capable of with standing the coloring process to a certain degree. However, with proper care and maintenance your extensions should last you a long time.  A few years with excellent care. 

Consultations 

Consultations are required to book any exclusive services. These services require commitment and discipline. 

All services require a consultation prior to booking an appointment. For all permanent MicroLoc styles clients will receive a sample set (3-6 sample locs). please ensure hair is freshly washed and free of products, this ensures we provide a proper assessment for your desired style.  The consultation fee is non-refundable.

Deposits confirm as well as go towards your service.

Krown of Grace Gurlies

Select clientele.  During your service, you will receive washing, re-establishment of loc parting & retightening of your locs. As well as use our Lush Hair Butter to function as your scalp and hair hydration cream. All at individualized pricing. 

 Premium Plan

Select clientele. You will be held responsible for washing your hair prior to your appointment. During your service, you will receive re-establishment of loc parting & retightening of your locs. As well as use our Lush Hair Butter to function as your scalp and hair hydration cream. 

Platinum Plan

 Private clientele whom I will travel to and perform services. I will travel to you, wash your hair, provide you with your own Lush Hair Butter (which will function as your hydration scalp and hair cream), re-establish loc parting & and retightening your locs & provide a modest styling.

Punctuality 

 

A 10-minute grace period is given. After 15 minutes of being late, your appointment will be canceled. 

Rescheduling will be honored if done more than two weeks out from service. 

 

* Rescheduling/ canceling 24hrs prior to will prevent a 15% payment fee. (No Exceptions)

No call/ No show:

First offense will result in a 30% service payment charge. 

Second offense will result in being banned from booking any future appointments. 

* If you need minor corrections made to your hair, you have 72hrs from appointment to notify me. I will determine if we need to schedule a full appointment.  Four days after your appointment there will be no repairs or adjustments made for free. A full appointment must be scheduled.
