Beauty in being blinded, covered and sheltered

Updated: Aug 20, 2020

When we accept our calling to grow and go forward in our purpose, we meet the purpose filled place in the center of the blind spot. Meaning that we accept our purpose, but we are walking to it blindly. Don’t get me wrong; we can see the vision and the ending results, but we are blinded to the blurred center spot of the process in our journey. We are people known for seeing how it’s supposed to look with the end results in mind. Not many of us are blessed with the ability to see the entire process meaning the beginning, middle, and end.

We need to know its ok to not know and see what is truly happening within your growth process and our forward movement stages. It’s not that we should worry about how to accomplish things but that we should be trusting enough to know that everything will work for the greater good.

I am hugely guilty of this. I am blind to the center of the journey; however, I am moving by faith. From time to time I am blessed to see what God has placed in my path. However, I know that I am unworthy to receive the purposed visions he has graced me with… I am humbled to see that he has chosen me for such a journey. I urge you to understand that the blindness may cause you to feel confused just know it’s ok. Trust the purpose in the process. Let us gracefully bloom into our purpose.

Jeremiah 29:11 NIV

11 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
