PURCHASING of PRODUCTS
Purchasing of any skincare, hair care, inspirational apparel or elevation publications will not be allowed for exchanges, returns or refunds for purchased products. All products are created with the upmost intention of providing healthy skin, hair, inspiration or elevation of ones self. Please note that all products can be altered to acconidate specific needs. To order customised products go our booking tab to submit a request, or email us and we will gladly assist you in your specific needs.
Gracefully Exquisite ships to most countries worldwide via USPS or UPS for all domestic packages and DHL for all international packages if necessary. Alaska, Hawaii, addresses will be via USPS and or Fedex if necessary.
Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:
$10.00 flat fee for domestic, all states within the USA
$20.00 flat fee for all international countries we ship to worldwide
Orders can be tracked at USPS.com / UPS.com/DHL.com and etc
The processing time for orders is 7-14 business days hours. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 5-7 business days, and 14-30 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.
Gracefully Exquisite is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs, or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
Packages undeliverable by FedEx Smart Post, USPS, DHL, and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
