With over 100 pages this journal contains 4 sections designed to provoke healthy communication habits, provoke critical thought processes & communication growth. The entire book is printed in color, with open sections for notetaking during some of your most challenging situations as a family unit. While you complete your journaling section it is imperative that you listen attentively & be as detailed as possible during your workout session. The most vital information I can offer you is to be sincerely honest with yourself & your child as you take this journey of emotional growth while breaking generations of stigmas, and generational curses. Proper communication is vital for mental & emotional maturity. My daughter's & I goal is to help others realize how much love, patience, & critical thinking goes into working out situations in your family unit. The birthing of this journal resulted in me realizing how my daughter & I communication skills weren't on the same level. I felt defeated trying to understand her and I felt horrible knowing she didn't understand me. After some much-needed prayer time, God led me through the process of how to help my daughter & I. I have learned so much from my daughter and I pray this book helps you too.
