Service Description

The luxury of not having to drive for your appointment is available. I will drive to you, I will be professionally dressed and ready to provide your hair care needs all in the comfort of your own home.

Cancellation Policy

Service mileage: Please ensure you add the appropriate mileage fee to avoid being charged a $65 extended service mileage fee. No exceptions. Although these services are black tie services, they come with compensation. Punctuality: A 10-minute grace period is given. After 15 minutes of being late, your appointment will be canceled.  Rescheduling will be honored if done more than two weeks out from service.  * Rescheduling/ canceling 24hrs will prevent a 15% payment fee. (No Exceptions) No call/ No show: The first offense will result in a 30% service payment charge.  The second offense will result in being banned from booking any future appointments.  * If you need minor corrections made to your hair, you have 72hrs from appointment to notify me. I will determine if we need to schedule a full appointment.  Four days after your appointment there will be no repairs or adjustments made for free. A full appointment must be scheduled. No exceptions.   Safety: Masks are optional. However, if you are sick or if you have a cold please wear a mask. If your environment/neighborhood or home environment is unsafe I WILL CANCEL the appointment. If an altercation/ fight breaks out I WILL CANCEL the appointment. If your home is unclean I WILL CANCEL the appointment. Service mileage & %15 service fees are NON-Refundable this is Non-negotiable ​
